How can I give a junior admin the rights to unlock accounts?

I want to create some sort of task pad for a junior admin. But the only power I want to give him is to be able to unlock accounts that get locked for too many tries. I can't seem to get it done with MMC. Any ideas?
This is exactly what OU (organizational unit) admin delegation is for. You may not be using quite the right steps to accomplish your goal. There are numerous guides and documents for this at the Microsoft Web site. Go here, then search for "delegate administration."
