How can I have email addressed to a former employee go to a particular mailbox?

Within Exchange, I would like to have email that is addressed to my domain (that may be addressed to an old employee who no longer has a mailbox) to go to a particluar mailbox. How can I make this happen?
All you need to do is add the email address to the mailbox where you want the mail delivered. If the old mailbox/email address still exists, you'll need to modify or remove it because you can't have duplicate email addresses. Hope this helps.
