How can I install an Exchange conferencing server behind ISA Server?

I installed an Exchange conferencing server on Win2k, with no ISA Server installed, and it worked successfully for both intranet and Internet at same time. Now I am trying to set up an Exchange conferencing server behind ISA Server. If you know how to do this, can you please tell me? Thank you.
Microsoft has some pretty good documentation on how to do this. I recommend starting with Using Microsoft Exchange 2000 Conferencing Server over the Internet. Next, I would review How to Configure Exchange 2000 Conferencing Server and ISA Server to allow audio and video. You might also have a look at How to configure Exchange 2000 Conferencing Server for Internet attendees and Poor quality video in multicast conference over low bandwidth connection for additional information, as well.
