How to migrate IIS 4 on NT to IIS 6 on Windows 2003

We have a pretty antiquated system at present and I was just wondering whether you could enlighten me on the following question. At present we are running IIS 4 on an NT Server that we are planning to migrate to ISS 6 on a Win2K Server. My problem is: is there a way of migrating over whilst keeping everything intact especially the permissions? Any answers or literature would be fantastic.
