How to migrate IIS 4 on NT to IIS 6 on Windows 2003

We have a pretty antiquated system at present and I was just wondering whether you could enlighten me on the following question. At present we are running IIS 4 on an NT Server that we are planning to migrate to ISS 6 on a Win2K Server. My problem is: is there a way of migrating over whilst keeping everything intact especially the permissions? Any answers or literature would be fantastic.
I assume you mean IIS 6 on Windows Server 2003, because Windows 2000 uses IIS 5. Start with the IIS Migration Tool: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=2aefc3e4-ce97-4f25-ace6-127f933a6cd2

And read the Windows Server 2003 Deployment Kit chapter on Migrating IIS Web Sites: http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/WindowsServ/2003/all/deployguide/en-us/iisdg_mei_kdya.asp
