How to query Active Directory for the altrecipient field

I have an Active Directory with Microsoft Exchange mail servers. I need to search Active Directory to find out who currently has the altrecipient field filled out. Is there a way to do this without writing a script?
Since Exchange 2000 and Exchange 2003 rely on Active Directory, technically what you're asking is how to query Active Directory for the altrecipient field. The best non-script method that comes to my mind is to use the CSVDE tool.
