Good news! As of yesterday, Microsoft has added a list of retired electives to the list of electives valid for the MCSE on Microsoft Windows 2000, including 70-059 (TCP/IP). Proxy 2.0 (70-088) remains valid. Thus, you won't have to take any electives to meet the restated requirements for the MCSE on Microsoft Windows 2000. See the MCSE requirements page at http://www.microsoft.com/trainingandservices/default.asp?PageID=mcp&PageCall =requirements⋐Site=cert/mcse&AnnMenu=mcse for more information (scroll all the way to the bottom to see the list I mention here).
