Is there a tool to disable inactive user accounts for only a certain amount of time?

I'm looking for a tool to manage our large volume of Windows NT/2000 user accounts. Is there a tool that would allow me to automatically disable/lock or delete accounts which are inactive for a certain number or day/weeks/months?
There are quite a few products that allow third-party management of NT/2000 user accounts; UserManagemeNT Suite ( http://www.tools4ever.com/products/usermanagement/) is one such product. Another way to do this would be to write a Windows Script in VBScript that polls Active Directory regularly for information about users and locks accounts that have not been logged in for some time.
