Issues viewing email with attachments on BlackBerry mobile device

If you cannot properly view an email with an attachment on your BlackBerry mobile device, the problem could be the use of digital certificates.

One of my users is having issues viewing email on his BlackBerry device. He can send an email with an attachment from Microsoft Outlook without any problems; however, on his BlackBerry, the email only shows the attached file. How can this be fixed?
I've never seen nor heard of this specific issue. If you are using digital certificates, make sure the certificate is set up properly on the BlackBerry mobile device. If you are not using digital certificates, which can cause many problems with email messages, I would recommend contacting RIM for technical support.
