Multiple accounts in a hosted Exchange environment

In our company several people have multiple POP3 e-mail accounts with our clients. Our employees all desktops and laptops assigned to them. Now we are moving to a hosted Exchange environment using Outlook 2003 client so that all the associates can collaborate (share calendars, use public folders, etc.) This requires the OST file to become the primary location for receiving all mail. How will this arrangement work when several people access Exchange from desktops and laptops?
You may set up Outlook Web Access for laptop users to access their e-mail. Exchange 2003's Outlook Web Access is very extensive, so they will be able to do pretty much everything.
