Outlook Web Access issues after an Exchange 2003 migration

If you cannot access Outlook Web Access (OWA) after migrating to an Exchange 2003 server, you may need to migrate your SSL certificate as well.

We have two Exchange 2003 servers, and are currently migrating users from one server to another. The problem is that after migration, users cannot access email via Outlook Web Access (OWA). Do you know why this might be?
This issue often occurs when the SSL certificate from the first Exchange server has not been installed on the second server. If you cannot access OWA using the http://server2name/exchange URL, you will need to migrate the certificate as well.
