Problem synchronizing time on servers and workstations

I have an issue with the time synchronization on my servers and workstations. How do I make it all work? It seems like even if I change the time on my Active Directory server, it will not hold time. And it seems like all the workstations on my network have the same problem.
Microsoft KB article 216734 describes how to configure Windows 2000 as an authoritative time server. Once your domain controller is appropriately configured, use the "net time /set" command in your domain logon script to maintain time synchronization across your network.
