Problems updating Win2000 and WinXP machines

We have set up the SUS server and approved all of the updates needed. However, I am having some difficulty setting up the Windows 2000 and XP machines. Since we are not yet on Active Directory, we decided to push the WUS on the client through registry. I followed the instructions to change my registry, but for some reasons I don't have the same information in my registry path that the documentation says. (I am using SP 4 on Win2000 and SP 1 on WinXP)

What am I doing wrong here? I can't get my computer to go to the local server in-house to grab the updates.
I'd go back and verify that you have proper permissions to edit the registry and also that your registry changes are correct. As long as the registry changes are being made, it should be working for you. Make sure you have read through the SUS Deployment doc.
