We've migrated from Exchange Server 2003 to 2007, removed Windows Server 2003 from our Active Directory and loaded the 2007 Admin tools on an XP workstation. Our problem is that we cannot see any of the Exchange tabs in the user properties and cannot add a mailbox to a new user in AD. Can you help us with these issues?
This is a common problem. The problem is that you installed the Admin tools from Active Directory. You need to use the Exchange CD in order to install the Admin tools. This will install the Exchange extensions on your workstation and cause the Exchange tabs to show up on the user property pages.
