Receiving fragmented e-mail

One of my users is receiving some e-mails that arrive with only part of the message. Some of the cut e-mails were also sent to other members of her company, but they received the full message. We are using Exchange 5.5 with Outlook 2000. Is there any way to check only her mailbox database?
In Exchange 5.5 there is only one database. You may want to check your logs for any error messages transferring e-mail to her account.
