Recovering deleted mail in Outlook 2003

You permanently deleted mail -- accidentally. Is it really lost forever? If your company is using rentention, you may be able to recover your e-mail, according to SearchExchange.com expert. Patricia Guerrero.

I am using Outlook 2003. I deleted an e-mail permanently. Is there a way to recover it?
If it is not under deleted items, chances are that it is gone. If your company is using retention, you may be able to recover it using 'Recover Deleted Items.' Select Deleted Items → Tools → Recover Deleted Item.
