Retaining default email addresses in Exchange and Windows SBS 2003

Should you retain the default email addresses generated by Windows Small Business Server (SBS) 2003 with Exchange Server? Our expert weighs in.

I am using Windows Small Business Server (SBS) 2003 with Exchange Server. After the new user account is added, do I retain the default email addresses that are created?
You should generally keep the addresses that are generated by Windows SBS 2003. You can add Exchange Server email addresses as needed, such as JDoe@, J.Doe@, JohnDoe@, etc., with no problem.
