I'm new to Exchange Server 2003 and have it installed on Windows Server 2003 with Active Directory and DNS. I've installed IIS, SMTP and Network News Transfer as well. Considering my configuration, how do you suggesting running Outlook Web Access (OWA) in Internet Explorer
Outlook Web Access is installed and available on all Exchange Server 2003 computers. In a single server environment, you'd open Internet Explorer and navigate to http://servername/exchange/. Note that It's important to install a SSL certificate on the Exchange server to encrypt the communication to the server. Once a certificate is installed, enable forms-based authentication by changing the HTTP properties of the Exchange Virtual Server using Exchange System Manager.
