Troubleshoot mail flow issues after Exchange 2003 upgrade

Identify the root cause of mail flow issues after an Exchange Server 2003 upgrade with the Microsoft Exchange Troubleshooting Assistant tool.

I am in the process of upgrading from Exchange 2000 Server to Exchange Server 2003. I have upgraded all my front-end servers and have installed the new Exchange 2003 server into the existing site. However, I do not receive any inbound SMTP messages on the new Exchange 2003 server. The messages remain in the SMTP queue. How do I resolve this issue?
