- The network browser service may not have properly elected a master browser.
- The NetBIOS over TCP/IP may be disabled on your system or on other systems.
- The workgroup may be typed into one system using all lowercase letters while using all or some uppercase letters onto another.
- You mayb be using a switched hub or some other device that is filtering NetBIOS traffic.
