Unable to view public folder tasks in Exchange System Manager

SearchExchange.com expert David Sengupta offers advice as to why an admin is unable to view all public folder tasks in Exchange System Manager.

When I right-click on a public folder in Exchange System Manager and select "All Tasks," the only option I have is "Remove Replica." I've tried this in my Exchange 2003 production environment and my Exchange 2003 SP2 test environment with the same result.
When you're drilling down in Exchange System Manager (ESM), you should be going to the Folders -> Public Folders node near the bottom of ESM, not by drilling down through the folder, storage group, and store. Once you navigate to the public folder correctly, you should see all the public folder tasks displayed, as expected.
