Undoing an accidental move of a .PST from client to server

I accidentally moved a .PST file from a client to a server. When I try to move it back, the system doesn't appear to recognize it at all. Please help me as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, given the limited information, I can't provide you with any specific guidance. Generally speaking, when you move a .PST from one location to another it should remain unaffected. If, however, you have a malfunctioning network device or hard disk, it could corrupt the file. You didn't say what happens when you try to move it back, so I can't give you instructions for getting around the error. My best advice is to take another copy of it and use ScanPST, the Inbox Repair Tool for .PST files and see if it can repair it so that you can open it.
