Users can see emails in Outlook, but can't in OWA

We have one native E2k SP2 server with all the latest patches. When connecting OWA using IE 6.0, our users are unable to see some e-mails. The error is: "The page cannot be found." But if they use Outlook, the messages are there. What could cause this to happen?
