We can't get into OWA 2000 from outside our ISA Server

We have Exchange 2000 and have installed Outlook Web Access (OWA) 2000 (at least I believe it is properly installed). We are able to get OWA access on our internal network, but cannot get access from outside. We have ISA Server and have used the OWA wizard to set up that part. We also made public our "exchangeserver.domain.com" address, but we can't find the URL from the Web. What is missing? Shouldn't we be able to get our e-mail from the Web? Thanks for your help.
Basically what you want to do is publish Exchange in ISA Server. Microsoft has the procedure documented in How to publish an Exchange server computer with ISA Server. Also have a look at Secure OWA publishing behind ISA Server may require custom HTTP header for additional details that might be required in your organization.
