Why can't I install Outlook Web Access?
Are you by chance getting error 0xc0020002? If so, this means "System cannot find the file specified." I would first run Setup and then choose Reinstall. This will get the missing file(s) onto the drive. Then, re-run setup again and add OWA. Then, reapply SP4 for Exchange. If that doesn't work, try this: 1. Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe). 2. Locate and click the following key in the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftExchangeSetupWeb Connector 3. On the Edit menu, click Delete. 4. Quit Registry Editor. 5. Run setup and add OWA.
