Microsoft Exchange Server Profile Analyzer (EPA)

The Microsoft Exchange Server Profile Analyzer (EPA) is a Web-based tool that allows an administrator to gather data about a specific Exchange mailbox store or entire Exchange Server organization.

Although the data is gathered in samples, which can only provide estimates and are not 100% accurate, EPA can be a useful tool for analyzing how effectively and efficiently a mailbox server is working. The analysis can be useful for planning capacity and determining the need for future testing. Administrators should note that though sanctioned and delivered by Microsoft, no updates to EPA are planned for the future and formal support is not provided.
