tip contest winnner, and a USB storage device to one lucky blooper submitter. You've been nice about sharing your hints and goof-ups with us recently. Our inboxes have been jammed with entries from hopeful users. You've been naughty, however, when it comes to casting your contest votes.

You see, we can't give away cool free stuff without an abundance of user participation. It's easy -- you spend a few minutes reading through recent tips and bloopers and then you rate them at the bottom of their respective pages. If a tip helps you solve a problem, give that person a good rating and improve their ranking. If a blooper you come across reeks of unnatural stupidity, pan it and make sure that person isn't rewarded for their blunder.

And don't get me started on the prizes we're giving away this month. As if you needed another reason to get involved with, our best rated tipster will walk away with a 256MB MP3 Gray Whale mobile drive, while our blooper champion will win a Digitalway 128 MB MP3 player.

This week's featured topic has been designed to reintroduce you to blooper ballots and tip touting if indeed you've been neglecting your democratic duties. Visit our blooper category and peruse the contenders currently scrambling for July's trophy. Check out the tips vying for your attention and then see what folks have been submitting and winning recently in our Hall of Fame. That's right, judge, jury and executioner all rolled into one.

You might actually enjoy yourself.
