The latest version, Exchange Migration Wizard 3.5, has been enhanced to preserve continuous access to offline folders during migration, which Quest says saves time and minimizes disruption for remote and mobile users.

Offline folders (.ost files) make it possible to work with the contents of an Exchange mailbox while the user is not connected to the network; when they are connected to the network, the folders are automatically synchronized. Prior to this version of Exchange Migration Wizard, the migration process broke the link to these .ost files, which then had to be resynchronized in their entirety. Exchange Wizard 3.5 automates the process.
