Administrative shares in Win2k

Be sure to enable administrative shares.

Unlike in NT 4, where administrative shares existed by default, Windows 2000 requires that "File and printer sharing for Microsoft Networks" be enabled to access these shares. To be certain that administrative shares can be accessed on a Win2K system, enable "File and printer sharing for Microsoft networks."
